LashStylez.com does not accept any liability for the results arising from the incorrect use of any LashStylez.com products as the utilization of the product are out of our control.
As a purchaser, you acknowledge that some products are sensitive to temperature extremes which may change the consistency of the product and reduce the product quality and effectiveness. 

Product Return Policy
LashStylez.com endeavors to always ship products of the highest quality. Due to sanitary and health regulations, LashStylez.com is unable to accept returns on any opened or used products.
We are unable to accept returns on Cleansers, Bond / Sealant, and Removers.

Backorders Policy
Whilst we strive to maintain a fully stocked warehouse, occasionally, supply and demand creates an “Out of Stock” situation. Should this occur, you will be contacted regarding the delay, and we will offer you either a credit or exchange on that product or arrange to ship the product once stock is available.

Purchasing Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of the Australian Government Good and Services Tax (GST).
LashStylez.com product prices, shipping costs, and special offers are subject to change without notice at any time.
Postage, handling, and insurance charges are exclusive of the product prices and will be added to the total order at checkout according to your selections.

Booking Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, you will need to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will need to re-book an appointment and pay the booking deposit fee for your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your treatment. 

In the result of a cancelled appointment 48 hours before your booking, your deposit maybe used as a credit towards another LashStylez.com Appointment, Treatment, Service or Product. Please Note: That when you cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and any potential clients/customers have also missed out on the opportunity to reserve that specific appointment time. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY.
