Booking and Cancellation Policy
At LashStylez.com we understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, you will need to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will need to re-book an appointment via www.LashStylez.com online booking system and pay the booking deposit fee for your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

In the result of a cancelled appointment 48 hours before your reserved booking, your deposit maybe used as a credit towards another LashStylez.com Appointment, Treatment, Service or Product. Please Note: That when you cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and any potential clients/customers have also missed out on the opportunity to reserve that specific appointment time. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY.
